Meet Alexandra Lee
Alexandra Katlyn Lee (she/her) is an actor, director and writer of Japanese, Korean, and Ashkenazi Jewish descent.
Lee was raised in the city of San Francisco. She began training as an actor at the age of seven and performing in professional theatrical productions at the age of ten. Theater companies Lee has worked with include The American Conservatory Theatre, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, TheatreWorks Silicon Valley, Shotgun Players, and most recently Rogue Machine Theatre, performing in Tim Venable’s Adolescent Salvation, directed by Guillermo Cienfuegos. Lee has garnered an impressive theatre career due to her exceptional work ethic, “huge comic talent,” and “achingly real” performances.
Lee has been involved with numerous on-camera projects including films, web series and commercials. Additionally, Lee has worked as a dubbing actor for Netflix and Paramount Plus and lends her voice to a wide range of projects, including video games. She is currently an acting coach at The Prep LA, where she helps young actors hone their craft. Lee also has extensive experience with stage combat, including hand-to-hand, single sword, and quarterstaff.
She is represented by Laura Wood and Alicia Beekman at DDO Artists Agency and managed by Amalea Chininis at Artists First. A proud alum of the University of Michigan’s BFA Acting program, Lee is a member of AEA and is SAG-AFTRA eligible. Based in Los Angeles and San Francisco, she is also a local hire in San Diego, New York City, and Chicago. Lee strives to make her incredible Saba, an immensely theatrically gifted Holocaust survivor who passed away in May 2023, proud by working with joy and gratitude in every possible moment.
